Malone W. Allen
Malone W. Allen is an associate attorney at Buckhead Family Law. Malone began his legal career working alongside Missy Strickland at another family law practice in Atlanta. He then spent several years practicing commercial and real estate litigation at a well-known Atlanta law firm, where he worked on litigation matters involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, intellectual property, employment, contract disputes, and real estate. Malone has extensive experience representing individuals and companies before state and federal courts throughout Georgia.
From this experience, Malone brings invaluable insight to family law matters, which frequently involve complex financial and business issues. At Buckhead Family Law, Malone assists clients with a full range of family law issues, including divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, custody issues, child support, alimony, contempt, paternity, and legitimation.
Malone attended Emory University School of Law, where he received Dean’s List honors and represented Emory at the Jessup International Law and the New York City Bar Association’s National Moot Court competition. During law school, he served as an intern for the Honorable Justice P. Harris Hines of the Supreme Court of Georgia. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Trinity University in political science and speech communication.
Malone has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2019 and 2020.
Malone and his wife, Juliana, live in East Atlanta with their two dogs, Zoe and Nala, and their two cats, Scout and Leeloo. In his free time, Malone enjoys exploring Atlanta’s many restaurants and dog parks, playing recreational kickball, and skiing.
