Domestic Relations Financial Affidavit is a document used in most divorce cases in Georgia. It’s a summary of each party’s income, assets, liabilities, household expenses, and the expenses of the children. And it’s used to help an attorney guide the client to a fair and reasonable settlement agreement or for presentation of these same items to the court in the event of a final hearing or trial.
