Return to FAQ Videos

Transcript:

In Georgia, there’s two types of child custody. Legal custody and physical custody. Legal custody determines which parent has the right to make final decisions regarding the child. It also determines which parents have the right to seek medical, educational, and other records of the child. Physical custody refers to where the child is spending their time between the two parents.
